We are currently testing Winlink RMS Email via HF Radio. AB3LI and KC3HRS have successfully completed testing it locally with great results. After a little tweaking of audio levels and learning to format the message correctly it was flawless. The most difficult part was installing the software and configuring it to operate.
The ability to send and receive email without need for internet is crucial in time of disaster………. 73 fer now KC3HRS more to come……sk
