PASOLA was established in 2018 after hurricane Maria with a very special purpose. PASOLA is a bilingual (English/ Spanish) group of hams united for bilingual traffic handling. PASOLA has begun to establish a chain of operators from all over the US east coast and the Caribbean prepared to pass bilingual traffic in times of need.
